Thackeray Mines & Minerals Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of a 100% stake in Alaska-based Denton Marsh Mining, effective January 4. The announcement was strategically delayed to ensure comprehensive communication with all shareholders and investors of both companies.

This acquisition further solidifies Thackeray Mines & Minerals Inc.'s position as a leading mining company in the region. Denton Marsh Mining, while not previously recognized as a major player, brings a team renowned for their extensive local expertise. This aligns with Thackeray's commitment to integrating local knowledge and experience across all operations.

As part of the acquisition agreement, Denton Marsh Mining will retain its independent trading status until December 31, and will be fully incorporated into Thackeray Mines & Minerals Inc. in the new year.
